Le Within is located at 1830 Lincoln Avenue in Montréal’s vibrant city centre. It is a short walk to Concordia (3 minutes) and McGill (10 minutes) and just steps away from the Guy-Concordia Metro station and main bus arteries.

Le Within offers 3 types of accommodations for our 66 guests. A private micro-loft (1 kitchenette, 1 bath), a 3-person co-living loft (living room, kitchen, 3 baths) or a 4-person co-living loft (living room, kitchen, 4 baths). You can see the details here.

Co-living means sharing a living space. But to us at Le Within, it means community! We see co-living as a platform for your life. For becoming your best self by being part of something bigger. For sharing space, skills, resources and dreams with other inspiring and creative people. For living a life on purpose.

At Le Within, 3 or 4 students share co-living lofts. Each loft has a shared living room with a sofa and 4K TV, a fully equipped kitchen and private bathrooms – making Le Within a standalone product in the student housing market.

At Le Within, most of our students have private bathrooms, while those who share a bathroom only have to do so with one other roommate. Out of 66 students altogether, only 24 students share a bathroom with a roommate, while 42 students have their own en-suite bathroom. This is a definite rarity in the student housing market. Your rent includes all of the amenities Le Within has to offer, including a fully furnished apartment with a kitchen, bed, bedding and work desk, a daily coffee and tea service, high-speed internet, bimonthly housekeeping services, on demand laundry services, access to all shared spaces (including our study room, multimedia room, multifunctional Agora room and rooftop terrace), 24/7 security, heat, water and electricity.

Le Within has a café and collective workspace, the Agora multifunctional room, a study room, multimedia room, community kitchen, micro-market, lounge with ping pong table, rooftop terrace and laundry room.

Each apartment comes fully equipped with a custom bed (including integrated storage), bedding, a sofa and TV (co-living units only), work desk and chair as well as a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette.

Le Within offers 24/7 security personnel and professional on-site adult supervision. Common areas are monitored by security cameras at all times, and our main entrance is equipped with a video intercom unit. What’s more, keyless digital access to the building and apartments ensures the highest safety and security standards are met.

All main entrances and bedrooms are controlled by keyless digital entry, putting you in full control of your safety and privacy.

Lots of activities are planned throughout the school calendar. These include mixers, yoga, cooking and music production classes, hiking, roller skating, ice skating, sugar shack outings and many other group excursions, so you can make the most of all the unique and exciting things there are to do in Montréal and its surrounding area.

Guests are welcome as the resident’s responsibility and must be approved by our Community Manager or representative. They must sign in to register and adhere to all rules of the building while on the premises. Access to certain areas may be restricted for your guest.

Reporting is a breeze, thanks to the Mosino* app, which lets you communicate directly with maintenance and management. You can also note any issues or concerns in person to our on-site Community Manager.

We accept pre-authorized credit card payments or pre-authorized direct money transfers.

Le Within provides you with your own state-of-the-art digital mailbox, provided by Expedibox, where you can access your regular mail and parcels 24/7.

Bedding is included in your package and is yours to keep! Sweet dreams!

Beds in the private apartments are 54″ x 75″ and beds in co-living bedrooms are 39″ x 75″.

Weekly laundry services are included in your rent, but should the need arise, we offer state-of-the-art washers and dryers on site.
